Kitchen Worker

The Kitchen Worker plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of the kitchen in a medium-sized team of 6-10 members. Working rotating shifts, this position involves standing for extended periods and performing various tasks to support food preparation and cooking activities in a general kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist line cooks during meal service
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Support general kitchen operations to maintain smooth workflow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
• Assist with inventory management as required
