Job Title: Trainee Agricultural Tractor Driver

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are willing to learn and develop their skills in the agricultural industry. No prior experience is necessary, and we welcome anyone with a positive attitude and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Learn to operate agricultural tractors, balers, and stacking equipment
- Learn to operate machinery for hay production
- Assist with routine maintenance and repairs on tractors and other equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while operating machinery
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including operating heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions
