Join a Team Where Clinical Quality Comes First
At Thrive Hive ABA, we believe exceptional ABA starts with supporting the clinicians who provide it. We are a growing, values-driven organization focused on clinical excellence, ethical care, and meaningful outcomes for children and families.
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants more than just a caseload. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with your clients and RBTs, exercise your clinical judgment, and be part of a close-knit team where your voice matters.
We value quality over quantity, people over numbers, and doing things the right way, not simply the fastest way.

- Flexible hybrid schedule with remote and in-person work
- Paid time off

- Supportive leadership and direct access to decision-makers
- Opportunity for advancement as our organization grows
- A culture that respects clinical judgment and work-life balance
What You'll Do
As a BCBA, you'll provide clinical leadership for an assigned caseload while working closely with RBTs, caregivers, and our leadership team.
- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Design and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Analyze clinical data and make data-driven treatment decisions
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing feedback to RBTs

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure services meet BACB, payer, regulatory, and ethical requirements
- Provide in-person clinical supervision and services as required
What We're Looking For
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessments, treatment planning, BIPs, and data analysis
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with families and RBTs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability and willingness to provide services in home and community settings as required
The Kind of BCBA Who Thrives Here
We're looking for someone who cares about the quality of the work, not simply checking boxes. Someone who wants to know their clients, develop their RBTs, collaborate with families, and have a meaningful voice in clinical decisions.
If you're looking for a growing organization where children and families come before numbers and clinical excellence isn't negotiable, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply today to learn more about joining the Thrive Hive ABA team.
