️ Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned post and surrounding areas
• Conduct foot patrols and maintain site security presence
• Observe and report incidents and suspicious activity
• Respond to situations using professional judgment and de-escalation
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Follow all procedures for fire safety, incident reporting, and property protection
• Assist team members when needed and support overall site operations

✅ Requirements

• Valid NYS Security Guard License (Required)
• F02 Certificate of Fitness (Required)
• 0–2+ years of security experience (shelter experience a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Professional appearance and demeanor
