Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, pack, and process shipments to fulfillment centers as well as direct-to-customer orders
- Pick and verify products and quantities for outgoing shipments
- Print and apply shipping labels
- Ensure orders are packaged accurately and securely
- Prepare cartons and shipments according to fulfillment center requirements
- Maintain accurate shipping records
- Use computer systems to process and track shipments
- Meet daily shipping deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area
- Assist with inventory and other warehouse duties as needed
- Work closely with the team to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to learn shipping and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand and work throughout the shift
- Previous shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
