Instrument Room Technician, Full Time, Evenings - 8 hr shift - Now Hiring

Works indepently, performing all taks related to the reprocessing and sterilization of surgical instruments.  These taks include maintenance, decontaminatio, preepping, sterilization and proer handling and storage.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
• One year of experienc ein acute health care 
• Knowledge of surgical instruments and their use 
• Knolwedge of supplies and equiment used during sterile processing
• LA City Fire Card within 6 months of employment  

Prefrred:

• IAHCSMM (International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materiel Management) certification 
• Prevsious experience in sterile processing preferred
