Senior Renovation Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Renovation Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general remodeling, plumbing and electrical. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces.
• Perform generic plumbing and electrical as needed.
• Perform cabinet installation, trim installation.
• Be able to also do other remodeling tasks such as painting, etc.
• Read and interpret instructions to ensure accurate project execution.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project.

Requirements

• Proven experience in remodeling or construction-related fields.
• Proficiency in finish plumbing and electrical.
• Ability to provide custom solutions based on client needs.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in remodeling work.
• Experience with kitchen and bathroom installation is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must Have valid driver's license and car insurance.
