We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Patient Access Coordinator / Receptionist to join our fast-growing, family-owned prosthetics and orthotics practice in Langhorne, PA.

As the first point of contact for our patients and referral partners, you'll play an essential role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a smooth and welcoming patient experience. If you enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced office environment, and have strong communication skills, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.

* Process patient referrals and requests for services.

* Schedule patient appointments based on provider availability.

* Maintain positive communication with patients, caregivers, physicians, and referral sources.

* Respond to patient questions and assist with resolving concerns.

* Communicate with insurance companies regarding patient information as needed.

* Prepare transmittal documentation and notify the Quality Coordinator of patient complaints.

* Collaborate with administrators, practitioners, and internal staff to ensure patients receive outstanding care.

* Perform additional administrative and office support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Medical office, healthcare, or patient-facing experience preferred.

* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

* Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment.

* Proficient with computers and standard office software.

* Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach to patient care.
