• Oversee timekeeping, HR administrative records, reporting processes, and data integrity to support smooth operations and informed decision-making.
• Advise internal stakeholders on escalated payroll issues, including tax questions, garnishments, cross-border considerations, and other complex pay matters.
• Monitor operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall service quality across payroll processes.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and external agencies on audits, compliance activities, and projects that affect payroll and HR administration.
• Contribute to broader business initiatives such as acquisitions, team expansion, and system-related integration efforts while maintaining continuity of payroll operations.
• At least 7 years of experience leading payroll operations, including full-cycle payroll management in a high-volume environment.• Demonstrated expertise in multi-state payroll administration and compliance for workforces of 500 or more employees.

• Proven ability to lead, develop, and build teams, including participation in hiring and evaluation of talent.
• Experience managing sensitive or complex payroll cases with sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders, vendors, and cross-functional partners while remaining composed in fast-paced situations.
