• Operate production machines.
• Load materials into machines.
• Monitor equipment during operation.
• Perform basic machine adjustments.
• Check parts for quality.

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
• Relatable skills such as the ability to work on cars is a plus
• Relatable skills such as the ability to fix things in a home setting is a plus
