INVENTORY SPECIALIST

We are an established natural gas compression equipment and parts company in the Permian Basin looking for an inventory specialist. Primary duties include coordination of warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving. Experience in the natural gas industry is preferred, but we would be willing to train the right candidate.

Skills and Abilities

Receive incoming items, equipment, and supplies

Properly identify & implement into the inventory system

Inspect items for defects or damage

Operate machinery and equipment for moving inventory (forklift, hand truck, pallet jack)

Be able to independently identify tasks and solve problems

Demonstrate time management and organizational skills to complete tasks and meet deadlines

Communicate with sales and shop team members

Generate all paperwork used for shipping, receiving, and tracking in the computer system

Read, write, and speak English

Pass a drug test and background check

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Knowledge and Experience

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Physical Demands

Ability to lift 100 lbs.

Ability to carry 50 lbs.

Standing, bending, climbing, squatting, and ability to work at heights

Required qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Background check

• Warehouse skills: managing inventory records
• Speaks English
• Reads English
• Available to work: on call
