Surgical Technologist, Interventional Radiology Technologist, or Cath Lab Technologist

Arthritis Knee Pain Centers is looking to bring on an experienced Surgical Technologist, Interventional Radiology Technologist, or Cath Lab Technologist onto our team! As a Surgical Technologist, Interventional Radiology Technologist, or Cath Lab Technologist you will be responsible for providing hands-on medical procedure assistance for GAE treatments of the knee, while maintaining a safe and sterile environment. You will provide support to Interventional Radiologists and our patients throughout each procedure in our GAE suite, and be expected to professionally communicate with your clinical team and patients. The number of daily procedures will vary between 4-7/day. You would be expected to follow a consistent procedure room workflow, and always strive for safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. ResponsibilitiesEnsure a comfortable and efficient patient experienceMonitor the procedure schedule Prep for Genicular Artery Embolization proceduresSterile prep of room, supplies, and patientProactively provide supplies and assist the physician throughout the procedure.Ensure proper sanitation and proper procedure room protocolsManage all medical inventory SkillsProven working experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist, Interventional Radiology Technologist, or Cath Lab TechnologistKnowledge of medical office systems and proceduresExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workSocial perceptiveness and service orientedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skills RequirementsCertified surgical technologist or interventional radiology technologistExperience scrubbing into cases and managingExperience with angiography cases is ideal2 years or more experience Compensation:$35 - $40/ hr. depending upon experience Schedule:Two days per month7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Medical Specialty:Orthopedic Medicine Work setting:In-personOfficePrivate practice Organizational Description:At Arthritis Knee Pain Centers we are committed to providing exceptional, non-surgical, non-opioid, pain- relieving therapy to patients suffering from chronic osteoarthritis of the knee.
