Job Type : Full Time Location : Tucker, Georgia Pay : Competitive Pay & Benefits! Job Description What you will be doing:

• Represent clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11, and related bankruptcy proceedings.
• Handle adversary proceedings and contested matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other bankruptcy court filings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare litigation strategy memoranda.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and bankruptcy court proceedings.
• Manage discovery and all phases of litigation.
• Communicate directly with clients, trustees, opposing counsel, and the Court.
• Work collaboratively with partners and other attorneys on complex commercial litigation matters.

Experience you will need:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Georgia Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of bankruptcy litigation experience on the creditor side.
• Demonstrated courtroom and adversary proceeding experience.
• Familiarity with the Northern District of Georgia Bankruptcy Court strongly preferred.
• Sharp written and oral advocacy — you can argue a motion and write a brief.
• Ability to manage a complex docket with minimal handholding.
