My client is seeking a highly experienced personal injury trial attorney to join their growing Garden City, NY office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years' personal injury litigation experience.
• Has tried PI case(s) to verdict is a plus.
• Substantial courtroom, motion and deposition experience.
• Medical Malpractice experience is a plus.
• Proven negotiations skills.
• Work independently and be proactive with complex caseload.
• Ability to manage a significant Personal Injury caseload from inception to trial.
• Licensed NY attorney.
• Computer savvy.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
