About the Role:

As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team. You will work closely with our nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

• Monitor and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team, including vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse

• Assist with transferring residents from one location to another, using proper lifting and transfer techniques

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress

• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents, as needed

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and educational programs to improve patient outcomes

Requirements:
