Schedule Option 1 – Overnight:
Sunday, Monday & Tuesday
7:00 PM – 8:00 AM
OR
Schedule Option 2 – Daytime:
Thursday & Friday
7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

We are seeking a highly skilled, patient, and dependable Care Professional to support a male client with a TBI in his beautiful home in Shawnee. His mother resides in the home, and he has an established care team including PT, OT, and home health nurses.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is experienced with complex care, understands the importance of consistency, and can carefully follow an established care schedule and plan. The ideal candidate is calm, attentive, compassionate, and confident providing hands-on support while working as part of a larger care team.

High School Diploma
Previous experience providing care to clients with TBI or other complex care needs strongly preferred
Licensed driver with a clean driving record and compliance with RNS safety policy
Reliable, insured vehicle
Cell phone with internet and texting capabilities
Daily access to RNS email
Fluent in English
Able to perform all physical and mental requirements of the role
Strong ability to follow detailed care instructions and established routines
Patient, dependable, observant, and comfortable communicating with family and other care professionals
Provide care as agreed upon by the client, client’s family, and RNS case manager
Follow the established care schedule and plan consistently
Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
Provide safety oversight, fall prevention, transfers, mobility assistance, and other hands-on support as needed
Monitor and report changes in condition or behavior
Follow PT/OT and nursing recommendations as directed
Assist with bathing, home tasks, documentation, medication reminders, and other assigned care needs
Communicate appropriately with the client’s mother and members of the care team
Work comfortably in a home with other family members and care professionals
Follow all RNS policies, including HIPAA, standards of conduct, and dress code
Maintain current CPR certification (or complete within 90 days of hire)
Maintain current TB test (or complete within 90 days of hire)
Responsible for working all assigned shifts and ensuring coverage if unavailable
