Property Manager - Full-time

We are a real estate firm with 170 apartments & retail spaces in the Bronx, Manhattan & Brooklyn regions seeking an intelligent & hardworking individual to be our property manager. This is a career opportunity with advancement to senior level position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a background in customer service and office management. Familiar with Section 8 subsidized properties and familiar with NYC housing rules and regulations.

Computer Skills: Must be proficient with a computer. Heavy use of webapps, as well as Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook

Work Hours: Full time, on call when necessary.

Spanish speaking is strongly preferred but not required.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older

Preferred qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to and from work
