Assignment Dates: November 11, 2026 – May 12, 2027
HPA Healthcare is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner for a 26-week locum tenens Critical Care assignment at a leading academic medical center in Massachusetts.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ICU NP seeking flexible, ongoing weekend and night coverage in a highly supported academic environment. The NP will function as a responding clinician with no procedural or call requirements.
Pay RankingTop of Market – $111/hour
Assignment Highlights- Dates: November 11, 2026 – May 12, 2027
- Pay: $111/hour, all-inclusive
- Holiday Pay: $155.40/hour
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Primary Need: Weekends and nights
- Preferred Commitment: 4 weekend shifts/month
- Minimum Commitment: 2 weekend shifts/month
- Friday nights count as weekend shifts
- Provider does not need to work 3 × 13-hour shifts every weekend
- No call
- No procedures
- Setting: Adult ICU / academic teaching hospital
- Unit: 10 beds
- Average Census: Approximately 7
- EMR: Epic
- Local candidates strongly preferred
- Travel expenses are not provided
