What You'll Do

As a Barista at Ivy Café, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages with precision and care.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure every guest feels welcome and valued.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and dining areas.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the role. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of barista or relevant experience in a similar role.
- A passion for coffee, customer service, and creating memorable experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
