Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations during evening shifts, supervising nursing staff and ancillary personnel to ensure safe, high-quality care
- Develop, implement, and monitor patient care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and other team members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, facility policies, and best practices in patient safety and infection control
- Conduct timely patient assessments, reconcile medications, and support accurate documentation in the electronic health record
- Lead performance improvement initiatives, provide coaching to staff, and support a positive, patient-centered work environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on admissions, discharges, and care transitions to optimize outcomes

Requirements
- Current New York Registered Nurse license
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care and/or supervisory/leadership roles
- Ability to work evenings, including every other weekend
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical documentation skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records and care coordination
