Rise Up for Autism is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our leadership team as a Clinical Director. This position provides clinical oversight for our Aurora and Joliet centers, ensuring high-quality ABA services while supporting the growth and development of our clinical team.

What You'll Do

• Provide clinical leadership across our Aurora and Joliet centers. 
• Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs and clinical staff. 
• Ensure high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based ABA services. 
• Monitor treatment quality, documentation, and clinical outcomes. 
• Partner with operational leadership to support clinic growth and performance. 
• Address complex clinical concerns and support families. 
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with BACB and payer requirements. 
• Maintain a reduced caseload while providing clinical leadership. 

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification (required) 
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field 
• Minimum of 3 years of ABA experience 
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred 
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills 
• Ability to travel between the Aurora and Joliet centers
