Customer Service Representative Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors, handling inbound calls, inquiries, and service requests.
- Coordinate service scheduling, verify completed services, and conduct follow-up communications.
- Create, manage, and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and service tickets within the company's internal software system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution and seamless customer experiences.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Participate in an emergency call rotation approximately one week per month.
- Support daily operations and ensure exceptional service standards are maintained.
- Maintain accurate records and effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required.
- Experience in call center, hospitality, construction, facilities management, or related industries preferred.
- Associate degree in Business or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows-based systems.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
- Experience navigating multiple software platforms and screens simultaneously.
- Strong relationship-building and organizational skills.
