Tired of unpredictable seasonal hours, independent contractor delivery apps, and losing your weekends?

If you have experience operating box trucks, transit vans, or handling heavy moving routes, your driving record is worth a premium. Appliance Factory & Mattress Kingdom is seeking a dependable, professional non CDL delivery driver to join our regional logistics team out of our Thornton hub.

Instead of dealing with fluctuating seasonal hours or independent contractor wear-and-tear on your personal vehicle, you will step into a stable, high-paying corporate driving career. We provide the fleet, the fuel, and steady local routes, ensuring you can maximize your income as a professional delivery driver while being home with your family every single night.

• Unbeatable Daytime Balance: Keep your weekends for yourself. Enjoy a predictable, local Monday through Friday daytime schedule with absolutely zero overnights.
• True Year-Round Stability: We operate a thriving, essential needs business. Your routes and your 40 hours are solid and guaranteed all 12 months of the year—no winter seasonal layoffs.
• Massive Perks Package: Company-sponsored health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, immediate paid leave, and deep employee discounts.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience as a delivery driver, box truck operator, or high-stamina route installation specialist.
• Clean driving record, valid driver's license (No CDL required), and the physical ability to safely handle appliance movements.
