Core Responsibilities:
The School Service & Delivery Team Member is responsible for the successful day-to-day service of assigned school sites. Driving is one part of the job; the position also serves as a routine client contact, verifies order completeness, maintains required paperwork and helps prepare and organize the school's needs before departure.
- Review assigned school orders and service needs before.
- Help pull, organize, pack or prepare items for assigned schools when.
- Verify food, supplies and quantities before loading and again at delivery when.
- Safely load, transport and deliver food and.
- Identify and resolve missing or short items before departure whenever reasonably.
- Serve as the routine day-to-day point of contact for assigned school.
- Complete required production sheets and delivery/service paperwork.
- Communicate school updates, count changes or service needs through the established company.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, assigned van and loading/work.
- Assist in the kitchen or warehouse as needed before or after.
- Report vehicle, equipment, product or operational problems.
