Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab RN for a Trauma Level 3 facility, requiring 2+ years of cath lab experience and current ACLS and PALS certification.
Details
- Cardiac Cath Lab unit with 5-6 beds
- Patient ratio of 1:1
- Patient population includes all ages
- Standard patient care equipment including vital signs monitors, airway equipment, and IV pumps
- Uses Meditech EHR
- Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Every other weekend required
- Call requirements include a minimum of 12 days per month, to be discussed with the director
- May float to the pre-op holding room area
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
- Current ACLS and PALS certification required
- RN license required if applicable
- Nursys or active licensure verification required at time of consideration
Additional Information
- 170-bed facility that is Joint Commission Accredited with an Accredited Chest Pain Center and AHA Stroke Program Award
- Scrubs provided
- Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel rate
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
- Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time while on assignment
