American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a skilled nursing facility, requiring an active state license and at least 1 year of experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid Physical Therapy license required if applicable

- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- Skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting experience preferred
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques, therapeutic modalities, and adaptive equipment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, and functional abilities
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, safe movement techniques, and home modifications
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
