• BLS: AHA BLS required
• Equipment: GE CT & X-ray experience required
• Skills: Must be able to work independently/alone
• Call/Standby: Must be able to take call/standby as required
• Additional Duties: May perform Radiologic Technologist duties as needed
• Submission: ARRT CT/Radiology and AHA BLS certificates must be attached
• Submission: SageWest coversheet required
• Other Required Documents: SSN, DOB, RTO
• Interview: Must provide availability for the next 72 hours
• RTO: Must disclose any requested time off within the 3-month assignment
