Job Summary
CT Technologist in The Dalles, Oregon. This position involves operating computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes. The role also includes performing general radiography and fluoroscopy procedures, supporting accurate imaging workflows for the healthcare provider.

Job Details

  • Education and Work Experience: Associates degree in Radiologic Technology; Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT)); Advanced Certification in CT (preferred in California and Hawaii); Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved provider; Fluoroscopy license (preferred in California and Oregon); Venipuncture certification (preferred in California and Oregon).
  • Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
  • Essential Functions: Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for patients across all age ranges; produces sagittal and coronal reformatted images; uses PACS and teleradiology systems for image transfer; maintains accurate records and ensures compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality regulations; performs routine maintenance and manages supplies; performs additional duties as assigned.
  • Certifications: ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) required; AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS required.
  • Additional Information: Must have EPIC experience; manager will discuss workdays with submission.
