RN Supervisor - Skilled Nursing - Westchester County - Now Hiring

WCS Healthcare is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join an outstanding skilled nursing facility located in Westchester County, NY. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced RN with strong clinical and supervisory skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct clinical staff to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality resident care.
• Respond to resident and family concerns with professionalism, compassion, and effective communication.
• Monitor staff performance and provide real-time guidance, coaching, and support.
• Assist with the training and onboarding of new team members.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, nursing procedures, and facility policies.
• Serve as the clinical point of contact for emergencies and urgent resident care needs during the assigned shift.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary team members to promote quality outcomes and continuity of care.

Assignment Details

• Assignment Type: Temp-to-Perm
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, Every Other Weekend (EOW)
• Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
• Location: Westchester County, NY

Requirements

• Valid and unrestricted NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, including supervisory experience.
• Prior Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and efficiency.
• PCC (PointClickCare) EMR experience required.
• AHA BLS certification required.
