Schedule: 4 days per week — Sunday, Monday, Wednesday & Friday

About the Position

Anchor Floors is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Showroom Sales Associate to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for design, and would enjoy helping homeowners select beautiful flooring for their homes.

You’ll work in one of our beautiful flooring showrooms, assisting customers with product selections and helping guide them through the flooring-buying process. Previous flooring experience is not required. Sales, interior design, home improvement, or retail showroom experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.

Work Schedule

This position has a consistent four-day schedule:

• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Applicants should be available to work this schedule consistently.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers visiting our showroom
• Help customers select flooring based on their style, needs, and budget
• Explain flooring options, features, and benefits
• Assist customers with colors, styles, and design selections
• Follow up with customers and help move opportunities through the sales process
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom
• Learn our flooring products and become comfortable making recommendations
• Provide the friendly, professional customer experience Anchor Floors is known for

• Motivated to learn and become knowledgeable about our products

Sales or design experience is a plus, but it is not a requirement. Personality, reliability, professionalism, and the ability to connect with customers are just as important to us.

Compensation

$18–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
