Busboy/Dishwasher

Kobe Fusion is currently seeking a Busperson.

You will be primarily responsible for cleaning tables, sweeping, mopping, keeping the dining room and dish tank clean and organized, and ensuring we are following all safety and health standards. We are a small tight knit team, and working together is of the utmost importance to us. We operate a busy establishment, therefore you must possess the ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish tank and dining areas by regularly cleaning surfaces and floors.
• Bus tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next diners, ensuring a clean dining environment.
