Server/Bartender

311 Kitchen & Cocktails is a lively restaurant and cocktail destination located in Downtown Dallas. We’re looking for energetic, dependable, and hospitality-driven team members to join our growing staff.

We are currently hiring experienced Servers and Bartenders who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and know how to provide excellent guest service.

Ideal candidates should be:

• Friendly, professional, and outgoing
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Experienced in serving or bartending preferred
• TABC certified for applicable positions

Responsibilities may include greeting guests, taking food and drink orders, providing menu recommendations, maintaining a clean and organized work area, processing payments, and creating a positive dining experience for every guest.
