About the Role:
Comfort Care Home Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated PCA/Nurse Assistant to join our caring team in Minneapolis, MN. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility
- Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising nursing staff
- Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional needs
- Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed care plans
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for clients
Requirements:
- Current PCA certification or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential preferred
- Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining client dignity and confidentiality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Must pass a background check in accordance with Minnesota state requirements
