Project Manager – Multifamily Construction
Location: Wilton, CT
This builder is actively expanding into Connecticut, making this a unique opportunity to join the team as they establish a presence in a brand-new market. With major multifamily developments already underway and $50M+ project budgets, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team in Wilton, CT.
The Opportunity
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of a major multifamily construction project, working closely with project leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Proven Project Manager experience in multifamily construction
- Experience managing construction projects with $10M+ budgets
- Strong understanding of multifamily construction processes and project execution
- Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project documentation
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to work onsite in Wilton, CT
