Store Manager

We're hiring a Store Manager to run day-to-day operations at our Mission Viejo location. This is a hands-on role covering everything from identifying and pulling breakers, to helping customers on the phone and in person, to processing online orders. You'll start with a structured, several-week training period working directly alongside the owner, then take on full independent operation of the store.

Responsibilities

• Identify circuit breakers and related accessories (fuses, panels, disconnects, screws, blanks, etc.) by description or photo
• Answer customer phone calls and assist walk-in customers with purchases
• Process online orders (eBay, Pirate Ship) and prepare packages for shipping
• Process incoming inventory: cross-check against orders, clean, photograph, assign warehouse location, and put away
• Take product photos for online listings
• Use QuickBooks for basic invoicing, customer records, and estimates
• Reference and apply our internal pricing sheet for quotes and sales
• Maintain general upkeep of the store/office
• Eventually take on purchasing authority on behalf of the store (after training)

Skills

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning a large catalog of technical parts
• Strong customer service skills, in person and by phone
• Comfortable with basic computer systems (QuickBooks, eBay, email, Online payment processing, Google Drive); willing to learn new tools
• Electrical, industrial, or warehouse/parts experience a plus but not required — full training provided
• Able to work full-time, in-person at our Mission Viejo store/warehouse

Training

New hires complete a structured onboarding: starting part-time while shadowing, then moving to full-time with hands-on support, and reaching full independent operation with purchasing authority typically by week 6.

Full-time, in-person, Mission Viejo, CA 7:30AM - 3:30PM Monday - Friday
