Pay rate: $20-$24

1st shift from 7am-3:30pm

Must be available for OT

Job description:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials, parts, tools, and supplies.
• Issue materials, tools, and equipment to employees as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update inventory management systems.
• Label, organize, and store parts and supplies in designated locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be reordered.
• Prepare materials and parts for production, maintenance, or customer orders.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and loading/unloading activities.
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Perform routine inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
• Keep the shop, storage areas, and workspaces clean and organized.
• Ensure tools and equipment are returned, properly stored, and accounted for.
• Assist employees and customers with locating parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts, when authorized and properly trained.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Assist with general clerical, administrative, and shop duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education, Experience & Competencies:

- High School diploma/GED required

- Knowledge of industrial parts and warehouses supplies.

- Efficient use of computer

- Strong organizational & communication skills: Writing, Speaking.

- Ability to recommend and implement customer solutions to drive top and bottom-line improvement.

Language Skills:

- Able to read and follow instructions on factory masters.

- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
