Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide professional and accurate support to clients regarding brokerage and financial service accounts. The representative will handle incoming phone calls, answer account-related questions, and assist clients with various financial products and online services.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
6–12 months of Customer Service, Call Center, Contact Center, or Client Support experience preferred.
Previous banking, brokerage, financial services, or investment experience is a plus.
College degree preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
