Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and compassionate Aides to assist drivers in safely transporting students and clients. Aides will help with boarding, securing, and monitoring passengers during transit.
We are seeking dependable and compassionate Aides to assist drivers in safely transporting students and clients. Aides will help with boarding, securing, and monitoring passengers during transit.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients/students with boarding and exiting vehicles
- Ensure all safety equipment (seatbelts, harnesses) is used properly
- Communicate any concerns or incidents to the driver and supervisor
- Provide a calm, supportive environment for passengers
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle interior
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with youth or individuals with disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass a background check and required training
