Production Worker

Schedule:

6pm-6am

Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. The Production Worker will assist with daily manufacturing operations, operate basic equipment, inspect products, and ensure production goals are met while following all safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various production and assembly tasks.
• Operate machinery, equipment, and hand tools as instructed.
• Assemble, package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.
• Load and unload materials and products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet established production and quality goals.
• Report equipment problems or product defects to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed
