What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized critical care for patients with conditions like DKA, respiratory failure, MI, CABGs, ventilator support, and post-operative cardiovascular surgeries
• Monitor patients with devices such as intra-aortic balloon pumps and Impellas
• Administer medications, treatments, and handle complex patient care procedures
• Document patient histories, symptoms, treatments, and responses
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Support patient and family education about treatments and recovery

What You Need

Required:

• Active RN license (state or compact)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (via AHA)
• Minimum 1-year experience in critical care preferred or new graduates considered

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience with intra-aortic balloon pumps, Impellas, post-op cardiovascular care, or CRRT
