Shipping and Receiving Associate (Day Shift)

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving associate with a background in a manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Enter inventory transactions accurately with ERP system.
• Stock, label, and organize materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, stage, and prepare parts for production and customer orders for shipment.
• Generate shipping documents, labels, and other required paperwork.
• Coordinate carrier pickups and outgoing shipments.
• Perform physical inventory audits.
• Inspect materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills and experience using ERP system.
• Very strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Accurate data entry and mathematical skills
• Shipping and receiving operations
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks. (Overhead crane operation is a plus.)
• Inventory management and material handling
• Picking, inspecting and staging materials and orders
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Safety awareness and compliance

This role is ideal for extremely detail oriented individuals who wish to build a future with a quickly growing company. Steel toe boots are required, however all other PPE is provided.
