Job Summary
The Manufacturing Packer supports production operations by packing finished products, preparing materials, and ensuring products are properly handled and ready for the next stage of production or shipment. This role involves repetitive hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished products into boxes at the end of production lines.
• Prepare and organize materials for the next production step.
• Inspect products for visible defects or damage before packing.
• Label, seal, and stack boxes according to company procedures.
• Move and stage materials and finished products as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow production, quality, and safety procedures.
• Perform repetitive lifting, standing, bending, and hand movements throughout the shift.
• Assist with other production and packaging duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, packing, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move boxes/materials as required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must follow all required PPE and safety procedures.
