Commercial/Retail Construction Project Manager

The Commercial/Retail Construction Project Manager oversees medium-sized construction projects ranging from $1M to $10M, primarily focusing on new commercial buildings, mixed-use developments, and retail store build-outs or renovations. This role involves frequent direct communication with clients and requires managing mostly local job sites to ensure projects meet quality, schedule, budget, and compliance expectations.
