Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to help shape how Austin Benefits shows up in the market.

What You'll Do:

• Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web
• Create engaging content - posts, graphics, newsletters, and blog drafts that reflect our brand voice.
• Research competitors, industry trends, and target audience insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Assist with event planning and promotional materials for client seminars, webinars, and community events.
• Help maintain and update website content and marketing collateral
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics, turning data into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with our Client Experience and leadership teams to align marketing with business goals
• Support community outreach and volunteer initiatives that reflect our values.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong writing skills - ability to craft a compelling message in any format
• Familiar with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
• Curious, self starter attitude
• Interest in professional services, insurance, or employee benefits is a plus
• Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms or analytics tools is a bonus
