Staff Assistant

-Job Description: Staff assistant is a front desk/ receptionist position. Must be able to handle a high call volume, multitasking, and schedule appointments in a timely manner.

-Duties and responsibilities:

• Work in office full-time, answer phones when needed
• Communicate with tenants and vendors, provide answers or direct the caller to appropriate staff member
• Respond to emails and text messages in a timely manner
• Scheduling inspections
• Repair department worker orders - assign, schedule vendor, follow and close worker order when job completed
• Filing
• Home Warranty: Communicate with home warranty co and follow work orders assigned to a home warranty
• Assistant other managers in office when necessary.
