Responsibilities:

• Design, assemble, and install complex wire harnesses for aerospace applications
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair wire harness
• Interpret engineering drawings and follow manufacturing work instructions
• Documentation of harness builds
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to increase production operational efficiency and output. 
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, while working in a fast paced environment

Requirements: 

• Experience building electrical harness' for the aerospace, motorsport, or automotive industries
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Competent with all hand tools associated with the fabrication of wiring harnesses 

Required Skills: 

• Soldering
• Laser Making
• Epoxy and Adhesive Utilization
• Aircraft Installations of Avionics
• Inventory Tracking 
• Familiarity with CAD (specifically Onshape)
