What You’ll Do
- Provide vocational coaching and support in community and facility-based employment settings
- Monitor work performance and make adjustments to tasks or environments to support success
- Encourage independence and foster natural supports within the workplace
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employers and host companies
- Support transportation and participation in community activities
- Assist with personal care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed
- Collaborate with participants, families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams

- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to inclusion and independence
What You Bring
Preferred:

3 to 5 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities, preferably in a vocational setting
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Michigan driver's license with less than 6 points
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass applicable background checks
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
