Bilingual English/Spanish Staffing performance coordinator needed in Laurel/Jessup, MD

 

Monday thru Friday

7:00am to 4:00pm

We are looking for a reliable and organized Staffing Performance Coordinator to support daily operations at a busy warehouse facility. This position will assist with employee attendance, staffing needs, productivity, and communication between associates and management.

Responsibilities:

Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and daily staffing levels.

Communicate with employees regarding schedules, assignments, and workplace expectations.

Support supervisors and management with staffing and operational needs.

Track employee performance and productivity.

Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.

Maintain accurate employee and staffing records.

Address employee questions and concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Help ensure a safe, productive, and positive work environment.

Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

 

Previous warehouse, staffing, recruiting, or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Bilingual English/Spanish.

Must be dependable and able to work the assigned schedule.
