Position: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Schedule: Traditional K–12 school-based schedule
Education: Master’s degree in an acceptable field
Certification: Active BCBA certification
Training: Completed 8-hour supervision training required by BACB
Licensure: Must be licensed as a BCBA in Kansas and Missouri
Supervises: BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Main Responsibilities:

Supervise RBTs and BCaBAs.
Implement and oversee 1:1 behavioral intervention programs for children.
Conduct and interpret assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLS.
Develop Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Train and conduct competency checks for RBTs.
Introduce and train staff on new client programs.
Monitor behavior, collect data, and prepare monthly graphs and progress reports.
Conduct team meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Complete required clinical documentation and billing.
Ensure services comply with state/federal regulations and facility policies.
