Home Health Aide Needed

About who needs care: Dementia, CHF, stroke, reading/ watching tv. Before the hospitals/ diagnosis she was on her ipad or phone playing her games, talking with other people. She has been in the hospital/ rehab/ nursing homes for the lasted 3-4 months. About the care needs: Someone that take passion in their job, my grandmother was a NICU Nurse so she would be happy with someone that has passion in taking care of people. Being able to bath, take her to the bathroom, help with sun-downing, transfering from chair to bed and etc. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
